Tamarix Cafe
Brick, raw steel and timber — a café whose garden lives as much as its interior.

Most of the four hundred and fifty square metres is open air. The garden was composed with a timber pergola, sunken planting islands and floor lighting so that it works after dark as well.
Inside, the materials were left raw: brick walls, black steel sections, a timber counter and coffee barrels on display. The roastery sits at the centre of the space like a visible stage.
Seating works in three different ways: at the counter, in low groups with leather armchairs, and at the long tables in the garden.
